RP2040 Pico to Raspberry Pi 4B Adapter with RS485

35.00 €
Delivery time: 1-2 day(s)

Description

Andino Pico2Pi, Pico RP2040 in the form factor of the Raspberry Pi 4

Use

Wherever high precision signal acquisition is required, a microcontroller without an operating system is an advantage.

This is where the Pico2Pi comes into play. It can be used in the devices of the Andino family as a replacement for the Raspberry Pi 4 / CM4. The access to the IOs (inputs, relay, RTC, SPI-UART, CAN bus) can then be done by means of the RP2040 controller with real-time processing.

Although the Pico2Pi does not offer network interfaces like the Pi4, it can be integrated using an isolated RS485 as e.g. Modbus RTU.

The Andino Pico2Pi can be used with the Andino world via the normal pin connector (2x20). It can be combined with the following products:

All features or IO of the individual devices are addressable with the Pico2Pi (except 4G).

The Pico2Pi has the same form factor as the classic Raspberry designs. Therefore it can be used in the same housings. In addition to this, a galvanically isolated RS485 interface is available as standard. So it is possible to program a Modbus RTU (Remote Terminal Unit).
